Puzzles, like mysteries, call to us - not unlike a siren's call. They demand perseverance, creativity, and more than a bit of gumption. My affinity for solving puzzles is why I do what I do. I love looking at organizations, processes, audiences, and words from different angles. What if there's a creative solution, an innovative approach, to the way things are?

My name is Tirza Magdiel. I am a writer, speaker, and consultant, mainly working with non-profits, churches, and social organizations. I pursued undergraduate degrees in Music and Church Ministry and a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Non-profit Management. I have spent the last decade working with non-profit organizations and churches in the United States and Indonesia. I am passionate about seeing people and teams thrive.

I enjoy writing, reading, cooking, learning new things, playing long words on Scrabble, and traveling. Oh! And coffee. Let's not forget that.

My idea of a great adventure involves either an escape room or exploring a new place. Or maybe even both! I unwind from the stresses of life by cooking and sharing a meal with my close friends. At the end of a long day, one can find me curled up with a book—preferably one with dragons in it.

“A wonderful fact to reflect upon, that every human creature is constituted to be that profound secret and mystery to every other.”

Charles Dickens
